A Windows desktop app that translates foreign-language voice chat in Counter-Strike 2 into English captions, shown in a transparent overlay on top of the game.

How it works: the app captures game audio straight from your speakers or headphones (WASAPI loopback, so no virtual audio cable is needed), sends short chunks to the OpenAI Whisper API, and shows timestamped translations in a draggable, always-on-top overlay. Whisper detects the spoken language automatically, including Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Russian, Spanish, French and German.

• Safe to use in matches: it only draws a window overlay. It never injects code, reads game memory or modifies game files.
• No GPU needed: translation runs in the cloud. A typical session costs well under US$1.
• Cost-aware: an optional “Skip English” mode avoids paying to translate English speech.
• Desktop GUI: a settings window with an audio device picker and a live log. The API key is stored in Windows Credential Manager, never in a file.
